EVENT MINIMUM

Our Full Service Wedding minimum is 5k. For microfloral offerings & smaller gatherings — send us an email, we would love to create something special for you.

EVENT TRAVEL

Yes, we love to travel. Travel does require an additional fee.

RETURN POLICY

At Best Bud we do absolutely everything we can to make sure our clients are given fresh and beautiful flowers. That being said, it is understood that we are working with live product that is sensitive to climate, transport and requires proper care. We recommend that water is added to the vase upon delivery or arrival to your destination + every day following, that they are kept away from direct sunlight, heat and fresh fruit. If you are not satisfied with the longevity of your flowers, please email hello@bestbudfloral.com within 72 hours or receiving your order with a detailed description. If Best Bud deems the issue valid, we will send a replacement arrangement and it is at the sole discretion of the Best Bud team.

DESIGNER’S CHOICE

All of our arrangements are designed in a designer’s choice palette, this allows us to pick what is freshest and the most inspiring at the market.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our team will make every attempt to deliver your flowers in a timely manner. In the event your flowers are deemed undeliverable by our delivery team (incorrect/incomplete address or another reason) additional delivery fees may apply to redeliver.
